At Bobo's, we want you to love every bite, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure total satisfaction. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet our quality standards, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please check your snacks for any signs of damage or incorrect items before opening the individual product seals.

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the product issue to initiate a claim.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a refund or a replacement shipment is the best solution.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh batch of treats at no extra cost.
